Congratulations!  We are excited that you have decided to get married in a Christian wedding.  The following form will help us to gather the necessary information to officiate your special day.  You may not have all the information initially, but it will help guide you and Pastor Mark through the preparations for your wedding day. A $200 honorarium is requested for Pastor Mark for officiating your ceremony.
